Ipex ABS Tube End Cleanout with Plug & O-ring H x FPT
Installed in an ABS DWV piping system to transition from ABS DWV Pipe to a Female National Pipe Thread (FPT). Supplied with a threaded cleanout plug and reusable watertight rubber O-Ring to provide access to the piping system. Sometimes called a "tube end" fitting
Product Features:
- Injection molded in durable ABS plastic
- Normally used in the drainage portion of the DWV system only
- Service temperature rated at -40 Degrees C (-40 F) to +80C (180F)
- Domed caps are stronger because there are no sharp corners in the fitting.
- Normally used in the drainage portion of the DWV system only
- Longer 4" Extended spigot reduces the number of fittings needed for thick flooring
- Hub connection can be single step ABS solvent cemented to a 4" Pipe or Spigot connection.
- Teflon tape is recommended for threaded joints
